The Ironworks Studios
Alright – this might be old news to all of you, but it was a pleasant surprise for me.
In the 10 years that I’ve lived in Vancouver, I’ve probably walked passed The Ironworks studios on Alexander Street about a bazillion times, but had never been inside. That is until a week ago when I was lucky enough to attend a wedding reception there.
The space is amazing. The building has 3 massive studio spaces with 16 ft ceilings and exposed brick walls. This heritage venue is used for various music and arts events, plus film and photography shoots.
Anyway, it was a pretty dope spot to have a party. Here are a couple flicks of the space:
