One of my favorite things about Vancouver is the crazy cultural diversity. I step outside my place of work on Granville and in seconds I can hear people speaking Mandarin, Japanese, Spanish, French, German, broken exchange student english and if I’m lucky some random jabbering from a local crackhead. I’ve travelled to a few places around the world and nowhere have I seen as many cultures jammed into a small place as I have here in Vancouver, it’s awesome! I mean where else other than maybe Tibet can you see monks waiting for the bus?
