A couple of weeks back KingShit.org launched. It’s a site that publishes features that have to do with skateboarding, creativity, products, events and all sorts of things-related, it’s based out of Toronto and is headed up by former SBC honcho, Ryan Stutt. Basically, it’s a breath of fresh air, but I didn’t plug it here when it first dropped because there wasn’t really a Vancouver tie-in and as much as I hate to scream out the fact that I’ve just got some new press the tie-in now is me… but in a way it’s actually us because in my interview that launched today I discuss VancouverIsAwesome.com and let a cat out of the bag about a bigger plan that I’ve got for this thing, among other things. One of those “other things” I talk about is my first film, Little Giants Volume One: Don Pendleton (click to view the trailer) that released on DVD not long ago. We were supposed to do a premiere for it in Vancouver but somehow it fell through and the distributor that’s handling the series for me (based in California) hasn’t got it into many Canadian stores.
