Thank you for doing my first Hood Wars post for me, Nasty Market is most rulingest market in town, due partly to the fact that they have Mr Freezes and a somewhat obscure candy selection (“What can I say? I like the candy” is what the dude told me when I asked him where he found some of the more rare treats) but BOTH signs (the West facing and South facing) light up as Nasty Market at night.
