Rick Tetz, owner of the Calstreets shops that used to be in Vancouver rolls by the livestock 4th location from time to time just to say whats up. He recently posted some pics from the old Calstreets shop in kits. Here’s some flicks it looks like they had some killer decks.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to Timebomb Trading and LRG’s Coats For Kids campaign. We collected almost 250 coats, mittens, and beanies for kids, children, and teenagers with limited incomes in the Burnaby area.

Don’t forget, this is happening tonight at the Granville 7…

Strange Brew is a skateboard film from Canada starring: Russ Milligan, Spencer Hamilton, Ted Degros, Wade Fyfe, Sascha Daley, Rory Fulber, Gailea Momolu, Paul Trepanier, Bradley Sheppard, Mike Fyfe and Giorgio Zavos. Also appearing will be Jeremy Reeves, Paul Machnau, Trevor Houlihan, and the Kitsch team. Filmed on location in Barcelona, Athens, Shenzhen, Montreal, Tokyo and Vancouver.

My favourite Vancouver Special is on Dundas, I pass it all the time en route to downtown.  The sickest thing is that there are two of them, exactly the same, right next to each other.  If Salma and Patty Bouvier were houses….these would be them.  

When the new shirts came out, I thought it’d be a great time to get up off my ass and take a picture of them, posting on this site has been great for me that way….

www.vancouverspecial.com just put me back on my ass, they got like every Vancouver Special in the city here.  It’s broken down to street, style…..it’s mental.

I know the Gastown Shop Hop has already been posted but I wanted to let everyone know what we have in the works for tomorrow nights event. We have teamed up with our neighbors at SIX ACRES and asked them to pair 3 beers with some of the lines we carry and they will be providing free sample of said beer to customers between 5pm and 10pm. Come down to {ie for deadly sales and choice brew. Check the flyers.
