BUT THIS GUY WAS!!!!!

Okay, he was actually born on the 15th, a couple of days ago, but I needed a “clever” title to introduce Katie’s and my son, Arlo Finley Kronbauer! Vancouver just got about 100,000 times more awesome for us.

After a grueling 24 hours of labour (!!!), Katie performed a miracle of human strength and pushed him out in 20 minutes. Here they are moments after he made his appearance.

Here’s the super cute “print it out and put it on the fridge” photo… The nurses put that little gangster beanie on him right as soon as he was born.

This is what 8 pounds 7 ounces looks like.

And here’s a little Kronbauer grin.

HUGE thanks to everybody for the well wishes and kind words! Stay tuned for Arlo’s first VIA post, he’s coming on board as a contributor and will be reporting on how awesome it is to grow up in Vancouver!
