Well...It's only a week away and despite messin' my back up for a minute...I know that the show must go on....and I wanted to pass on this small pointer....
On race day, it's pretty common to be waiting for almost an hour for your class to start. If the weather is anything like this weekend, it can be pretty cold, so freezing your ass off is a possibility.
Last year I noticed people taking off their clothes and leaving them on the ground. I was confused by this, but figured it out soon enough, and this year..I'll follow suit. I took a trip to the local thrift store and picked up a pair of sweats and a polar fleece for under $10.00.
I can't wait to rip them off just like Superman!
