So the Benjamin Franklin is open on set dates by the VMM. Next time it will be open is on one of the “Explorer Sundays,” July 12. Just a heads up though that the inside has been cleared out significantly, there’s not much more than a plywood floor. Restoration is something we have been considering but of course funding is an issue. Explorer Sundays happen a few times through out the year and run from 12 pm – 4 pm included with regular admission ($10 + tax for adults).
