WE WON AGAIN!!!!

Yes, once again Vancouver was rated the most liveable city in the world by the Economist Intelligence Unit. Though liveable I don’t think is a word, Economist Intelligence Unit is a pretty sick title so I’m backing this.
The survey was rated on: stability, health care, culture and environment, education, and infrastructure. As you can see above we almost posted a perfect score, 98% is better than anything I ever did.
Yet why that nagging feeling? Why is that 98% full glass making you feel so empty. We need to know, these tough questions can’t be avoided.
In a this VIA exclusive I will bring to you the one question that Vancouver just couldn’t get right:
When another vehicle arrives at a four way stop the same time you do, you are to:
a) Establish which vehicle has the right of way and proceed accordingly.
b) Honk.
c) Move ahead cautiously.
d) Enter into a “You go…no…you go…I insist” routine like Heckle and Jeckle.
Hey…you can’t win them all, but contrary to popular belief, nice guys don’t finish last, we just get 98% sometimes.
Vancouver is Awesome……

A lot of the comments on the actual Economist article seem to really take these rankings like the top 10 songs of the year. Using the criteria above, I dont see how its very disputable that Vancouver is at least up there. You always have those big city lovers but you sacrifice so much when going to the metropolises.
Vancouver = the Most Balanced City in the World?

Why am I not surprise that the US is no where to found on that list. We have our perks but I have to move…seriously.
