The Teal House

On the corner of 8th and St. Andrews on the North Vancouver side of things is a teal house that you can see for blocks. Once you get closer it is all painted with just one colour of paint. Guess it makes it very simple to repaint and touch up. The ground floor looks like it used to be shops of some sort. There is a for sale sign in one of the windows. Any takers?

    This reminds me. I’ve been meaning to grab a shot for my site of the Lemon/Lime house just off 12th near John Hendry Park.

    rad!, I’ve skated past it tons of times…didn’t realize the whole thing was one color. that street (on that side of lonsdale) is the smoothest downhill to the seabus, aside from lonsdale…which isn’t always the best choice.

    It used to be a corner store all the local kiddies would go get their 5 cent candies at. I think the family who ran the store lived upstairs. Such a rad building! Good post!
