Hello again my fellow tea lovers of Vancouver (and beyond?)! I say, “again” because I made a post in the past about tea; more specifically, a wonderful tea house in Kerrisdale called The Secret Garden. It’s probably not everyday that one goes to a cute little tea house to enjoy a delicious cup of fresh brewed, high quality, loose leaf tea though. And for us serious tea folk, nothing compares to loose leaf. But now, thanks to a wonderful Vancouverite named Wendy Weir (who now resides in Gibsons), you can take your loose leaf with you where ever you go! Check this thing out!

    I bought one of these, after finding out about them through this post. I was really excited about the idea of looseleaf tea on the go. Unfortunately there are so many things technically wrong with mine (namely, it leaks – and several other problems with the lower lid) that I would not recommend this to anyone.

    I use a Bodum travel press for loose leaf tea on the go. It’s less attractive than this one, but also cheaper.
