I’ve always thought this was the coolest condo in Vancouver. They keep building bigger, taller ones, but it must have an amazing view, and it has a tree!

Trees on buildings is becoming more common, I wonder if they’ll last 100 or 400 years. I don’t think people design buildings to last that long…

these are the tales i heard …. that it was Christopher Reeves house , and that the spiral cone shape this is for the root of the tree that will eventually reach the ground ….hmmmm … what the the real deal ? best be googlin i guess

Not only does the folklore around the design run deep but the rumors of who lives there are possibly more ‘mythical’. Brian Adams, Leonard Nimoy, David Suzuki (I know this is false for sure), I could go on…
