So I was doing my weekly shopping up in the Heights and wholly crap…what’s that smell?  With the exceptions of hotdogs, there are very few opportunities for street meat, so when I smell fresh BBQ chicken on a Saturday morning, I take notice.  What I had stumbled up on was the chicken fundraiser held by the legion on 4421 Hastings St. in Burnaby.  They hold it once a month from May to September.
