that green area is that little “park” that has the concrete 100, and on the other side is a tennis court.

that’s the Bayshore hotel. A certain Mr. Howard Hughes was the penthouse resident for a time.
check those big black toxic waste tanks to the left! that’s probably a park now.. :)
