Locally produced Concrete Skateboarding magazine is about to drop their latest issue (for free) at finer skateshops Canada-wide. Windsor, Ontario's Hilliard Sulpher spent last year living in 'Couver, and has been on a serious skate-mission ever since he moved out to Toronto. His hard work paid off with his first cover, and first print interview. World-renowned Canadian pro skater, Mark Appleyard is also featured (Apples will be making an appearance at the Vancouver premiere of Flip skateboard's anticipated video, Extremely Sorry).
