I say we take Virus’s cover illustrations and made a collage tribute tee to Elements out of them. We could donate portions of the proceeds to CITR! I think they’re doing as donor drive soon too… or are they in the middle of it right now? Either way, t-shirt? Somebody talk to Virus?

Hip Hop was better back then, 96 was about the end of my main involvement with Hip Hop. Now it is half pop, half advertising, yeah yeah the underground. It used to be all underground. People looked at you strange when you said Public Enemy was your favourite band.

I think in tossed mine with all my old hip hop tapes a few years back.

I lived off this mag, The Source, the Crispy Biscuit radio show, Rap City, Guerrillas in the Mix and some mix tapes that I got at Bassix.
