GAP flipped on it’s head! Exclusively Vancouver!
So I attended a press conference and launch of a new rewards program at the Robson Street GAP location earlier this week, and it ruled! They are introducing a new program call SPRIZE that is literally a never-before-done customer shopping experience! Here’s how it works: buy something at GAP and if the item goes on sale you make the difference back! It’s literally that simple, but find all the juicy details here at the SPRIZE website!
It’s a crazy rewarding program for shoppers. GAP has really outdone themselves. But what makes this program V.I.A. worthy? Well the incredible thing is the SPRIZE program is offered EXCLUSIVELY in Vancouver’s ten stores! They chose our wonderful city as their favorite customer base to test run SPRIZE? How rad is that?
Something even more rad is that they literally turned the Robson store location on it’s head for the launch! It was insane, I got some sweet photos to prove how crazy it looked!

Upside down mannequins:

Upside down merch:

Even upside down GAP bags!:

The President of GAP North America, Marka Hansen and Senior Vice President of Customer Relations for GAP inc. Scott Key, announced the program and did a Q & A. Cool of them to come out!:

They even flipped the street outside the store! They truly went all out!:

Heres a video of the whole process:
There you have it folks. You should all really head out to a GAP store near you to sign up for Sprize. Because it is AWESOME!

The gap has done that for years but it’s cool they advertise it now… they also have an insane return policy….I always felt bad to take them up on it though….which is kind of a vancouver thing I think too…..

Very clever promo. Too bad they aren’t doing anything like this in the US…I’d definitely visit one of their stores if I saw this sort of thing going on outside!!
