Vancouver, BC, November 18, 2009—Internationally renowned dancer Jojo Zolina, in association with Paperblanks, present 604 DELITE, a day-long urban dance showcase featuring Vancouver’s best hip hop dance crews.

On December 6, four dance crews— “Over the Influence”, “Now or Never”, “Groovy G’s”, and “Stonefoxx” will be performing from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Vogue Theatre.
Zolina, who recently returned from teaching a three-week dance workshop tour in Italy, organized the event to celebrate the urban dance community of Vancouver and to inspire people to start dancing.
“Vancouverites don’t seem to realize that we have phenomenal dance crews in this city. These crews have proudly represented Canada in many international events, and have starred in countless films and music videos. The members of these dance crews are also some of the most well-respected dance instructors in Vancouver and around the world.” “This is the first time that these four crews are teaming up to deliver an amazing hip hop dance show,” says Zolina, whose crew, “Over the Influence”, is headlining the event.
Tickets to the show at Vogue Theatre cost $20 in advance through Harbour Dance Centre, located on the 3rd Floor of 927 Granville Street, and Clubzone at www.clubzone.com. Tickets are also available for $25 at the door.
Zolina says, “604 Delite is meant to introduce the urban dance scene to a wider local audience. Vancouver has a hip hop dance community, and we are excited to give people a taste of what it has to offer.”
