Canada VS Switzerland:Stupid hockey questions, Olympic edition 1

So while I thought it could have been this Olympic fever I've caught affecting my emotions, apparently it actually was a super good game and everybody agrees. "Everybody" being Wayne Gretzky.

And as it's become a bit of a tradition for me whenever I post anything hockey related, I now must ask a stupid question that might be common knowledge to people who follow the game closer than I do:

How many pucks are allowed on the ice during the warmup before the game when they pepper their own goalie? If they wanted to bring one thousand pucks onto the ice would that be allowed or are they given a set number that they can't go over?

Here's Pronger and Thornton standing amongst a pile contemplating...

Huge thanks to HelloBC.com for the ticket to see the game, I'll be bringing more images (questions!) from it to the blog over the next couple of days.
