Favourite thing to do in the neighborhood:
Shopping is pretty awesome in South Granville. I stalk Purr weekly, and that is why I remain poor.

What do you do?
Professionally? I exercise my BFA in Photography daily… music, food, interiors, portraits, weddings… You can see my work most often in Vancouver Magazine, and you can see ME most often at indie rock shows in Vancouver.

Favourite Vancouverite?
Joshua Jackson no no… James Doohan

What’s the best thing that has ever happened to you in this city?
Most recently? The insanity that happened during the Olympics. Specifically the post-gold-medal-win. I think that was the best day in Vancouver in my 2 years here.

I’ve also met some of the most amazing people. To come from five years in Toronto with a set university friend base to a new city, barely knowing anyone, I started from scratch and I now have incredible, talented and unique friends that would kill me if I ever went back to Ontario.

What else do you want people to know about you?
I’m a hockey junky. Growing up in small town Ontario I watched my two brothers, my dad and my NHL team almost daily. I yell at the TV like my dad does, cannot stand Bob Cole, and my hockey sweater has #14 and MY last name on it.
