So, this is a pretty special post for me. After 2.5 years I'm finally cutting my hair off to donate to cancer. And instead of just doing it in a salon or at home, I decided to do something big. And it's turned into something HUGE.
For $5 (that goes to the Canadian Cancer Society) you can head to the Electric Owl on Main St. and for the first 50 people through the door, you get a free bottle of Phillips beer. After that, you can see VIAindie favourites Treelines perform...and because THEY are so awesome, they're donating part of the merch sales as well. After THAT Weekend Leisure brings the Karaoke on, so you should probably start thinking of what song you'd like to sing...
Some point during the evening I'll be chopping my hair off on stage...but when I'm not doing that I'll be running an AWESOME PHOTOBOOTH!
The point is, it's $5, it goes to charity, and it's going to be an awesome night, so please come out!
