We've got a mystery here. Our friend, Sarah Dohm, recently came by the V.I.A. office in Chinatown and dropped off a full jar of Dohm - A Fresh, Fine Accompaniment. Shortly after she dropped it off all of the cheese disappeared out of it and all that was left was this nicely designed jar.
You can see what full jars look like HERE at the Dohm web site or on the shelves of Les Amis du Fromage, Nourish Market, Marché St. George, Taste To Savour and soon Whole Foods. Oh, and of course at many of the Vancouver Farmers Markets where you can actually sample it before you buy it. Dohm cheese is made from a recipe passed down from Sarah's mom and is SO GOOD on crackers, bread, veggies and charcuterie. Any information regarding the disappearing contents of our jar of delicious, herb-infused cheese is appreciated!
