Lately I can't seem to get enough of compositions that are minimal yet quite geometric. And by 'lately', I should have said 'for as long as I can remember'. But the image you see below, courtesy of louis vandamme, has so many more elements that I also happen to find irresistible - free elevation, free light and a short, wide lens that adds just a hint of distortion around the edges. The camouflaged figures are sweet, delicious gravy on top.
Louis has been contributing some really interesting photographs to the pool as of late, this I have most certainly noticed. This image is every bit as memorable as it is Untitled.
