Who's on first(s) with the Vancouver Canadians?

Who's on first? I was last night at the Vancouver Canadians game! Going to ball games at the Nat is a favourite summertime outing in the city, I've been to many over the years but last night experienced three firsts: 1.

Who's on first? I was last night at the Vancouver Canadians game! Going to ball games at the Nat is a favourite summertime outing in the city, I've been to many over the years but last night experienced three firsts:

1. I ate my first footlong hot dog. Ever! I've been to many games and I've eaten many hot dogs in my time but never experienced the footlong. The footlong corn dog was a little much (yes, that's a real thing. HERE), so I decided to meet the dogs halfway.

2. I saw my first home run hit over the big wall at centerfield of the Nat! Carlos Ramirez launched it between the Canadian and USA flags and it was without a doubt the highlight of the game. Here he is coming off the field after running the bases.

3. My 3 year old son caught his first foul ball! Okay, not really; it was Developmental Disabilities Association Night, celebrating 60 years of work, and they threw out a whole bunch of soft baseballs for the kids between innings. I caught this one for him

There are still a lot of games left in the season. Don't miss out! Tickets and info all about the club are HERE.
