If you don't know, Megaphone is an award-winning magazine sold on the streets of Vancouver by homeless and low-income vendors. Published by the non-profit Street Corner Media Foundation every two weeks, vendors buy each issue of Megaphone for 75 cents and sell them on the street for $2. They keep all the profits.

Show your appreciation by going out and buying a copy off of a vendor today or donating to Megaphone HERE.

Below a map of where you can find all of their vendors, today and every day, to show your support and to get your hands on this fantastic publication that not only empowers those that sell it but the entire community, as they produce the Hope In Shadows calendar as well as facilitate 10 writing workshops in for marginalized writers. The workshops are run in treatment centres, social housing buildings and community centres.
