NAME: Lily (nickname: lily pants). |
BREED: Japanese Chin.
HOOD: Main Street/SOMA.
FAVOURITE SNACK: greenies.
OTHER INFO: The daughter of a professional gambler, she was of Japanese ancestry. She was only nine months old when her father died; her mother remarried, and she occasionally went by Chiisai Kage, using the last name of her stepfather.
At age one, she stole a revolver, for which he was sent to the Youth Authority's Preston School of Industry reformatory at Victoria BC. She escaped while in the adjustment center (jail within the jail). After robbing several jewelry stores, she stole a car and drove it across the border. This made it a federal offense, and when she was recaptured, she was sentenced to three years in the penitentiary at Astoria, Oregon. She feels that it was a combination of liquor and jazz that led to the downfall.
After finishing her sentence, moved to Vancouver where she lives a quiet and reformed life style.
