Hi everyone! My name is Leigh and I’ll be your new Daily Flickr Pickr editor. You’ve probably seen me around here before as I occasionally fill in for Christine with the weekly Scene and Heard column. I’m excited to be on board and dig through all your lovely photos to find ones to showcase here on the blog.

Big thanks to John Whitworth for doing such a great job as the Flickr Pickr editor over the last year. I’ll do my best to fill his shoes.

I’ve been primarily a live music photographer for the last few years, but I’m building my portfolio of headshots and artist promo shots. Here’s a couple that I’m particularly proud of.

Devon is the lead singer of beekeeper, and is working on a mysterious new project this year.

Sidney York makes fun, poppy music for music geeks, laden with pop hooks and odd instrumentation.
