Parsnip Hot Chocolate at Secret Location - a must-try, no? Pastry Chef Kira delights with her flavour combos. Though mild, the parsip ‘milk jam’ worked. This is one of three options on the menu for Hot Chocolate Festival (ending Feb. 14).
