I went to Portland for most of the week (it’s pretty cool there, you’d like it), but I managed to catch some great music upon my return. First up was the We Are The City show at the CBC for their Toque Session, where they played their yet-to-be-released album from start to finish (it’s going to be amazing!); on Saturday I saw Jeremy Fisher at the Electric Owl, and then I ran over and saw Rich Hope at the Media Club! Hope you caught some of it!

THIS WEEK IN MUSIC: you could take a roadtrip to Abbottsford to see beekeeper, Maurice, and Casinos on Thursday at Champion Jack’s Emporium. Or Saturday head down to Granville Island for Winterruption ft. Dominique Fricot, and Bend Sinister at Performance Works. Sunday go see Willhorse, Devon Coyote, and Skye Wallace at the Media Club! And lastly, check out Indians, and Night Beds at the Electric Owl on Monday!
