BREED: English setter mix.
HOOD: Vancouver.
FAVOURITE SNACK: Rats.
OTHER INFO: Jack moved over to Vancouver from Moscow, Russia just a couple of months ago. He's my emotional support animal, and his pre-immigration career was in solo hunting: he killed a number of rats in our downtown park, and hedgehogs issued red alert to the area when he came down to our cottage in the suburbs in the summer. We found him on the street three years ago, and I just wish I could know any tiny little thing about his life before we met, because apparently he'd been through a lot (when we had him x-rayed for a mild spine issue it turned out he has a bullet in his body) — but he keeps his early years to himself. He was impeccably well trained though. He must be about 9 years old by now. I seriously think he's the best canine in the universe, and he's on facebook too.
