BACKGROUND: Shelter rescue.
DIARY: Dear Diary,
I happened to glance at the headline of our local newspaper today and became captivated by the story of an amazing rescue of an abandoned dog. Not only did they rescued the dog, but the 13 puppies she delivered shortly after being taken to the animal shelter.
My little girl, Bella, loves all animals, and we regularly take her to local pet stores, the zoo and wherever else she would get a chance to see them. So after reading the article, we decided to visit the local animal shelter to see the rescued dog and her 13 puppies.
One of the puppy’s that Bella said hello too began pacing in her cage, whining and tracking us back and forth as we walked by her cage… it was like she knew us. And then something amazing happened.
