Are you feeling a bit sluggish after the holidays? Did you make a New Year's resolution to exercise more but you don't want to give up drinks and good times? Paul Anthony's Talent Time has the show for you! This Wednesday, January 8th, at the Biltmore Cabaret, Talent Time once again brings you a variety of top notch entertainment. However, this time, the venue will also be populated by exercise equipment so you can literally have a drink while you work out, while you watch the show.

This Wednesday's show stars the first place winner of the Yuk Yuk's Great Canadian Laugh Off, Mark Little.  Mark is a Toronto comedian who is probably best known for his work with Picnicface and playing Science teacher Simon Hunt on the CBC sitcom, Mr. D.  This week also features 80 year old singing sensation, Shirley Buchan.  As a little girl, Shirley dreamed of performing but was so shy that she never followed through. 2 years ago, she overcame her life-long fear and has been making up for lost time ever since. Since everyone knows that laughter is the best calorie-burner, you will have more rounds of laughs with the $10,000 winner of the Comedy Network's "Comic Genius" award and winner of the Just for Laughs "Homegrown" contest, comedian John Beuhler.  To round it all off, there will be a performance by Terry & Hamm.  These two 40-something guys, who are trying to figure out what to do with the rest of their lives, have written an inspirational song about getting in shape and will share that in the form of a group callisthenics routine.  If this sounds too weird to be good, you have never been to the show.

Talent Time is always a great choice for a solid, original evening of entertainment, but with this exercise element, this is a guilt-free, no-lose situation. Just don't forget to stay hydrated and wipe down that elliptical machine. Other people's sweat is just gross.  Cover is $10, doors open at 8pm, and talent takes the stage at 9pm.
