Eight of Vancouver's top chef's will be creating curries to compete for the inaugural Curry Cup on March 4th to benefit the Chefs' Table Society of BC .

Eight of Vancouver's top chef's will be creating curries to compete for the inaugural Curry Cup on March 4th to benefit the Chefs' Table Society of BC.

The night will include emcee Fred Lee,  and a distinguished panel of judges including Angus An (chef/owner of Longtail and Maenam), Jeff Hamada (Japanese Canadian artist/creator of Boooooom),  Joie Alvaro Kent (food writer and restaurant award judge), Mijune Pak (founder of Follow Me Foodie and food columnist for the WE Vancouver) and Mike Bernardo (Director of Operations/Wine Director at Vij’s)  in choosing the winner.

Dino Renaerts, Aura at Nita Lake Lodge

Hamid Salimian, NEXTJEN Gluten-Free

Taryn Wa, Savoury Chef

Tret Jordan, Homer St. Cafe & Bar 

Tickets to the Curry Cup are $59 and include eight unique international curries highlighting diverse flavours from around the world served by the competing chefs,  select B.C. wines from Mt. Boucherie, Dirty Laundry and more, craft beer from R&B Brewing Co. and Steamworks Brewery, and non-alcoholic creations from celebrity mixologist Lauren Mote and Bittered Sling Extracts.  - You can get your tickets here.
