Today's dog featured in Dogtown Vancouver is Duke, Cassie's pup. Here's what she had to say about him...

NAME: Duke (formerly "King" but we decided to reduce his royal status when we adopted him.). |
BREED: Mutt/Leonberger mix.
HOOD: Chinatown/Strathcona.
FAVOURITE SNACK: Marrow bones from the butcher.
OTHER INFO: Duke is the best. He is a rescue dog (Out of the Doghouse Rescue) and was originally from Texas, but now prefers to roam the north shore mountains. When he is not sleeping (always underfoot), he can be found trotting around Crab Park or getting your pants furry in the elevator. He has been described as a "most handsome beast" and he loves everyone he meets, except cats.
