OTHER INFO: I adopted Toto (then Cocoa) in December from CERA (Canine Education Rescue & Adoption) and feel in love so quickly with this adorable guy. Toto has had a hard life as he was found on a winter night during the Lunar New Year two years ago in a parking lot in Taiwan with a badly broken front leg. After 10 months of recovery and treatment He was sent to a foster family in Vancouver with CERA where I found him. This guy is nothing but love and really enjoying his new family & life in Vancouver..
