If you were to create a Venn diagram where one circle was labeled "cheap" and the other labeled "awesome", the middle point where they cross over could be labeled "Vancouver on the Cheap". In other words, this is a weekly series on things to do and places to go in Vancouver that fall into that magical category of being both cheap and awesome.

You know those lists of cheap date ideas that always say things like "go for a walk"? Well, I love walking as much as the next person, but when I'm looking for a date idea I'm going to need a little more to work with than walking. Like maybe a Choose Your Own Adventure-style walking tour where you find little snippets of a story spread out along a walking path. Well, that's exactly what the Active Fiction Project has to offer!

The current story begins at Main and 28th outside the art shop. Where it takes you after that is your choice.
