Here's another great gift available on Granville Island. Specifically at Delish General Store at #108, 1535 Johnston Street, behind Rogers' Chocolates.
This sweet piece of art was created by a company called The Uncommon Good. Made of salvaged first growth Douglas fir from character homes being demolished - or renovated - in Vancouver, they make a number of different works (some functional, like a table). This one is a bit of a favourite for us, for obvious reasons.
