If you were to create a Venn diagram where one circle was labeled "cheap" and the other labeled "awesome", the middle point where they cross over could be labeled "Vancouver on the Cheap". If the letters HTML leave you confused or feeling slightly anxious, but you love the idea of actually knowing what makes a website tick, then The HTML500 is for you! This is a special event hosted by Lighthouse Labs on January 24th where 500 people will get a basic introduction to HTML coding for free. This day will give you a basic crash course in HTML and CSS coding so that you will have an idea of what's going on behind the screen of your computer, and might even be able to design a website of your own!
