After months of seeing their "opening soon" signage up in my neighbourhood I was thrilled to visit Earnest Ice Cream's newest location at 2nd Ave and Quebec, just outside the Olympic Village (but we're granting them honorary citizenship). They're open til 10PM Tuesday to Sunday and they offer pint sales, ice cream cones and more, and the space itself is something else. Fancier than their Fraser Street location and much roomier, your weekend plans might have just got a little more ice creamier.
