In it, Mike Mckinlay follows biologist Sofi Hindmarch out to the Fraser Valley on her quest to understand and preserve the barn owl, touching on the issues that surround the species and its ongoing struggle to exist in an ever growing human society.
These films that Mike has been working on over the years are not only beautifully shot but they offer insight that nobody else seems to be delivering in British Columbia right now.
