Here's a great Kickstarter project you can help make a reality. Andrew Hudec and Nicolas Schneiter's Bowman Bottling Tonic, the answer to the question "How can I make my gin and tonic better?". I imagine this stuff would go perfectly with Liberty Distillery's Endeavor Gin, made from 100% BC wheat and 12 botanicals.
