Vancouver production company, Network Entertainment, has been working on something you're probably going to want to check out: I Am Chris Farley is a documentary directed by company founder Derik Murray along with Brent Hodge (who you may know as the director of A Brony Tale), and it looks back on his life. From growing up in Madison, Wisconsin all the way to his super stardom and making all of us laugh, it's packed with appearances from his comedic peers and colleagues as well as family members. Interviews with Christina Applegate, Tom Arnold, Dan Akroyd, Bo Derek, Pat Finn, Jon Lovitz, Lorne Michaels, Jay Mohr, Mike Myers, Bob Odenkirk, Bob Saget, Adam Sandler, Will Sasso, Molly Shannon, David Spade, Brian Stack and Fred Wolf, and his siblings Kevin, Tom Jr., Johnny and Barbara are intertwined with his most memorable characters and skits, iconic photographs, home movies and family snapshots to give a full picture of this legendary comedian.

We haven't seen a screener yet but if you're a Chris Farley fan you know this first ever film about his life is going to be worth watching. It's slated to open this summer in the city (and worldwide). We'll let you know when they firm up a release date.
