As much as Vancouerites like to complain about the rain during the winter months, this past summer's drought seems to have cast a new light on the darkness and wet. Over the past week I've heard SO many people talk about how happy they are that it's raining and that the trees aren't wilting, and that things seem to be going back to "normal".
