Coming to Vancouver on October 17th & 18th, ROAM Winter Expo will include Travel, Fitness, and Winter Adventure Marketplace, with unique attractions featured in each. In the same space that you can sip your favourite local craft beer and check out presentations by travel and photography experts and pro athletes, you can get your fitness on for free with entry!

ROAM Winter Expo has put together an action-packed schedule of complimentary 45 - 60 minute fitness classes, open to all ROAM attendees [16+] and lead by some of Vancouver’s best instructors. Keighty Gallagher, creator of Tight Club Athletics, will be on hand for a fun, full-body Tight Sweat class. For a more relaxing experience, lululemon ambassador Jazz Braden will bring to the fitness floor flow style yoga that will strengthen and lengthen. Steve Nash Fitness will be offering a winter sports training inspired kettlebell class; Cyclefit with Robert Lee YMCA and Cardio/Core and More with GoodLife Fitness will get your heart pumping and your body moving. Enjoy the beats, burn some calories, and then cruise the show floor afterwards to check out all of the exciting exhibitors.

Kids can get in on the fun too at the Burton Riglet Kids Zone. The Riglet Park has revolutionized how kids learn to shred and focuses on giving the little ones a safe and fun experience. With the Riglet Reel tow cable and a few mellow snow features like rollers and beams, kids can discover the feeling of riding on their own, building confidence along the way.
