Believe it or not, if you live in Cyprus, you can be fined roughly $130 for eating or drinking while driving (this includes drinking water). In Singapore, people have been sentenced to up to one year in jail for cuddling in public. Thankfully, in Vancouver, we have some pretty fair bylaws to keep our cities safe and our citizens in check. However, there still exist a number of fines you can receive for doing plain dumb stuff in Vancouver.
