If you're down at the Vancouver Boat Show this weekend stop by the Pacific Salmon Foundation 's booth (on the ground floor next to Port Boathouse) and chat salmon conservation with them.

If you're down at the Vancouver Boat Show this weekend stop by the Pacific Salmon Foundation's booth (on the ground floor next to Port Boathouse) and chat salmon conservation with them. They've constructed this bean bag toss game (pictured below) where they're teaching people about the many ways salmon can die, and they're offering prizes prize in the process! Successfully throw the bean bag into the hole and that means your salmon has escaped all of the ways it could have been killed on its way to. Miss and suffer the fate that many salmon do out there in the wild!

FUN FACT: This game is actually called "cornhole" throughout the state of Ohio, but up here it's known as "bean bag toss".
