Last week, JUST EAT launched a hilarious video that plays into the growing desire among millennials to stay in. The clip features a number of local celebrities including musician Dan Mangan, YouTube star and prankster Chengman and Mary Zilba, a cast member from local TV show The Real Housewives of Vancouver.

In the mock newscast, the celebrities are seen with their “out-doubles,” people who are hired to go out on their behalf and attend everything from grand openings to band rehearsals. The fictional service enables anyone to stay in, relax and enjoy the in-house deliveries they’ve ordered through the JUST EAT app.

Now, JUST EAT is bringing this service to reality for one lucky Vancouverite. That's right - You can win your own Out-Double!

JUST EAT’s “Win an Out-Double Contest” runs until April 22nd and entering is easy. Simply share a photo of yourself at home on Twitter or Instagram. Tag @JUSTEAT_yvr on Instagram and @JUSTEATca on Twitter and use the hashtag #MyOutDouble.

Your out-double will help you with things like picking up your groceries or dry-cleaning, or perhaps go meet the boss and his wife for dinner downtown - while you stay inside with a $50 food voucher from JUST EAT.

“The out-double concept and the video itself are ways to have fun with the fact that we all have such busy lives,” says Daniel Tallon, Marketing Director for JUST EAT. “Out-doubles are definitely a case of wishful thinking, of course, but one so many people can relate to. The fact of the matter is, sometimes all you really want to do is stay in. Now, with this contest, someone actually gets to do just that.”

JUST EAT has over 320 Vancouver restaurants on their roster, featuring a wide range of cuisines including Thai, Greek and Indian, and everything from vegetarian options to deli snacks to dessert.

In conjunction with the video’s release, JUST EAT is offering $5 off orders when customers enter the code OUTDBL5 on the checkout screen until April 10th.

The JUST EAT app is available for download at the iTunes App Store and Google Play Store.
