Terminal Steamship Company

The Terminal Steamship Company’s Britannia, shown here passing the much smaller West Vancouver passenger ferry, was the classiest excursion vessel of its day. In the dining room waiters dressed in formal attire served three-course meals on linen tablecloths. The Britannia cruised to Bowen Island and many other spots around Howe Sound.
