Sweet Treat #3: Carrot Cake at Cadeaux Bakery

Even if you're a sucker for carrot cake, it can be hard to find a slice that works for you. Maybe it's the uber luxurious cream cheese frosting or the minimal appearance of raisins, but this carrot cake just takes the... Never mind. This thing is so rich, so fluffy, so creamy, and so delicious. It doesn't hurt that the slices are huge either.
Cadeaux Bakery pumps out so many heavenly treats from their open concept bakery that looking at their display cases can be an almost overwhelming experience. They’ve also got tons of meringues, cookies, squares and beautifully decorated cakes. It's the holidays, so just go for it, okay?
