Did you spent most of your childhood acting out intricate plotlines with various plasticized versions of your favourite comic, television and movie characters? If so, this event is for you.
The Museum of Vancouver’s next Happy Hour event will celebrate the most beloved action figures of all time. Test your knowledge of action figures and toy stories with pub-style trivia courtesy of Angus Bungay (whose collection is featured in the Museum of Vancouver’s All Together Now exhibition). As with all happy hour events at the MOV, there will be beer and wine available throughout the evening.
Eric Fell from The Gentlemen Hecklers will host the event and there will most definitely be prizes. So, if you’re a pop culture fiend and a have a particularly vivid memory of the action figures, their outfits, accessories, origins and eerie smooth areas (kidding), be sure to grab tickets before this event sells out.
